The Club house hall is available for rental by contacting

The hall is open, 30 x 60 feet, with a small kitchen attached with the rest rooms in a side hallway. (Note: we are NOT air conditioned, just ceiling fans for summer use)
Fees: (exceptions are determined by the Club Board on a case by case basis)
1. One Day rental $200.00 ________
2. Security Deposit $50.00 ________
3. Use of Kitchen $35.00 ________
4. Use of baseball field free (if arranged with Stockertown Borough) See links page
Security Deposit is returned following the rental if there have been no violations of the following
Conditions of Agreement:
1. Any damages to facilities including but not limited to tables, chairs, walls, ceiling, and bathroom fixtures are the responsibility of the Renters.
2. No decorations on walls or ceiling are allowed. Renters many decorate tables and chairs as long as no damage is incurred.
3. Existing pictures, animal mounts, and bulletin boards shall not be disturbed.
4. The wood burning stove shall not be used at any time.
5. The Renters shall be totally liable for the actions of any person consuming alcoholic beverages. The Gun Club shall not be held responsible in any way.
6. NO SMOKING inside the building including bathroom areas. Violation will result in the loss of the security deposit (ash can is provided outside main door).
7. No standing or sitting on the tables. No standing on the chairs. Broken chairs and/or tables will result in additional fee and the cost of replacement.
8. Two week notice must be given on all cancellations. Less may result in the loss of the deposit.
9. The Renters here by agree to absolve the Gun Club of all liability of suits, actions, damages, charges, or expenses that the Renters may sustain for said/or by any reason.
