RIFLE & PISTOL RANGE RULES NOTE: DUE TO LIABILITY INSURANCE, ALL PEOPLE ON ANY OF THE RANGES MUST BE MEMBERS, EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT SHOOTING. NO OBSERVERS – NO GUESTS ALL STATE, FEDERAL AND LOCAL GUN LAWS MUST BE OBEYED AT ALL TIMES! 1. Must be a member and display a current Membership Button and Membership Card. No Button No Shooting 2. All under the age of 16 must be a Junior Member and must be accompanied by an Adult Member (Regular or Sr). 3. NO rapid firing on any range. Slow fire only. Semi-automatics - space shots 5 seconds apart. 4. Use paper, cardboard, or clay birds as targets only. No bottles, cans, stereos, furniture, etc. (DO NOT shoot at Target Supports or Uprights) 5. Clean up the area after shooting. 6. NO alcoholic beverages on the range at any time. 7. When leaving any gun on a bench, it must have action open and empty chambers. 8. NO SHOOTING when farmers are working the fields in the area or during Range Mowing. 9. Rifle and handgun ranges are closed on the first day of Trout season, during the Special Kids Fishing Outing and for Youth Field Day. 10. Safety first at all times. 11. Rifle and handgun ranges are also closed on Sundays and the following holidays:
RANGE HOURS Sunday CLOSED Thursday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Wednesday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Holidays CLOSED MEMBERSHIP RULES 1. Membership IS Required of anyone over age 15 to use the club ranges or pond 2. Junior Membership is required for those ages 10 - 15 (optional under age 10) 3. MEMBERS ONLY ON ALL SHOOTING RANGES at ALL times 4. NO Membership is required to attend, Block Shoots, Drawings, Special events, Kids Fishing Tournaments Youth Field Day, Sportsmen's Flea Market, Breakfast, Meetings and Rentals or to fish the Little Bushkill Creek. 5. Lost Button or membership card will incur a $3.00 replacement fee. Note: Member MUST contact Treasurer - Bob Brior for Replacement - 610-253-7741 or Email StockertownRGC@aol.com 6. Violation of ANY Club Rules or Hours or any "Unsportsmanlike" like Behavior can result in LOSS of Membership! POND RULES
1. No one is allowed on the pond grounds between the hours of 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM. 2. No “saving” of fishing spots for other people. You may reserve one spot for yourself, after 5 AM on the day of fishing. 3. Anyone using club grounds, 10 years of age or older, must be a member and display a current button. 4. Any children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. 5. Anyone from 10 through 15 years of age must be a Junior Member except during the Youth Fishing Contest. 6. A valid PA Fishing License and trout stamp is required for ages 16 and up. 7. NO corn, liver, or spleen can to be used as bait. 8. NO cleaning of fish at the pond. 9. Please dispose of discarded fishing line in the trash barrels provided. 10. Clean up your area after fishing. 11. Season creel limits: Trout - Same as PA Fish & Boat Commission laws Bass – 15 inches in length minimum, 4 per day (In Season) Tournaments – As “announced”
ARCHERY RANGE RULES 1. Must be a member and display a current button. NO OBSERVERS – NO GUESTS 2. Anyone under the age of 16 must be a Junior Member and must be accompanied by an adult member 18 years of age or older. 3. Open during daylight hours only. 4. Closed during Block Shoots and Youth Field Day. 5. NO broad head arrows on the range unless you are shooting at your own targets. 6. No alcoholic beverages on the range at any time. 7.
